The Sabin LUTC received notice that an application has been made to divide the corner lot at 1735 NE Skidmore. The owner intends to build two attached houses on the two new lots, presumably after demolishing the existing house. The Sabin LUTC has not received any demolition notice yet. The owner intends to remove a 34-inch diameter street tree as part of the construction. We will be discussing this proposed lot partition at the LUTC meeting on Monday, January 9, 2017, at 8:30 PM, in the Sabin School auditorium. The Sabin LUTC has received a historic review notice for 2011 NE Siskiyou. In a separate application, the applicants intend to split this lot into two lots. In the current application, they are requesting historic review of the new house and new garage that they intend to build on the anticipated new lot. Anyone may comment on this application, and the deadline for comments is 5:00 pm on October 5, 2016.
