The Sabin Community Association received notice that Peter Kusyk of Firenze Development has applied for a permit to demolish the house at 3904 NE 11th Avenue. The Sabin Community Association has the right to appeal the permit by July 30, 2018, if the Sabin Community Association is pursuing an alternative to demolition.
