In April 2021, the Sabin LUTC received a proposal for a new rear dormer and skylight on the house at 1509 NE Klickitat. This property is within the boundaries of the Irvington Historic District and therefore had to go through the historic review process.

In February 2021, the Sabin LUTC received a proposal to remove the vinyl siding, shutters, soffits, and trim, and to repair, replace, and rebuild the wood siding, trim, and windowsills on the house at 3419 NE 15th Ave. This property is within the boundaries of the Irvington Historic District and therefore had to go through the historic review process.
