Major Alteration Notice: 4206 NE 13th Ave

The Sabin Community Association received a major alteration notice on November 24 for 4206 NE 13th Avenue.  As part of a remodel and restoration of this 1922 house, the owners plan to lift the entire structure 22 inches to increase the headroom in the basement.

Under City code, the owners cannot begin work on this project until December 29.
