Below is the comment that the Sabin LUTC submitted on August 27, 2021, in support of the historic review proposal at 1521 NE Siskiyou. 
The Sabin LUTC has received a proposal to reorient and enlarge the side porch and expand the garage at 1521 NE Siskiyou. This property is within the boundaries of the Irvington Historic District and therefore must go through the historic review process. If you have feedback on this proposal, please contact the Sabin LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee, or submit a comment on the proposal directly to the City. The deadline for comments to the City on this proposal is 5:00 pm on August 27, 2021.
The Sabin Community Association has received a notice that our neighbor at 4325 NE 15th Avenue will be renting out one bedroom as a short-term rental. For further information, please contact the LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee.
