Major Alteration Notice for 4535 NE 17th Avenue

The Sabin Community Association received a major alteration notice today for 4535 NE 17th Avenue.  The owners intend to remodel and renovate the house, including the addition of north-south dormers and a rear deck.  Under City Code 24.55.210, they won't be able to receive a building permit until at least 35 days after the date of this notice.
