The Sabin Community Association has received notice that our neighbors at 3914 NE 15th Avenue will be renting out two bedrooms as a short-term rental. For further information, please contact the LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee.
On March 2, 2020, the Sabin LUTC adopted a policy regarding which short-term rental permit applications it will submit comments on. For questions or further information, please contact the LUTC chair, Rachel Lee.

The Sabin Community Association has received a notice that the neighbors at 1415 NE Going are applying to operate a short-term rental for up to 8 adult guests plus children. A long-term tenant lives in an ADU on the property. If you have feedback on this proposal, please contact the Sabin LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee, or submit a comment on the proposal directly to the City. The deadline for comments to the City on this proposal is 5:00 pm on January 17, 2019.

They have obtained a Type B permit, which authorizes them to rent 3 bedrooms with 6 guests 270 days per year, and 4 bedrooms with 8 guests the balance of the year.
