Type B Short-Term Rental Permit - 1415 NE Going

The Sabin Community Association has received a notice that the neighbors at 1415 NE Going are applying to operate a short-term rental for up to 8 adult guests plus children.  A long-term tenant lives in an ADU on the property.   

If you have feedback on this proposal, please contact the Sabin LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee, or submit a comment on the proposal directly to the City.  The deadline for comments to the City on this proposal is 5:00 pm on January 17, 2019.
