Short-Term Rental Type B Permit - 1663 NE Prescott

The Sabin Community Association has received a notice that the neighbors at 1663 NE Prescott will be operating a short-term rental in the 4-bedroom house.  They have obtained a Type B permit, which authorizes them to rent 3 bedrooms with 6 guests 270 days per year, and 4 bedrooms with 8 guests the balance of the year.  The owner will live in the house at least 270 days per year.   For further information, please contact the LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee.
