We've received notice that Crescent Custom Homes has applied for a permit to demolish the home at 4005 NE 15th Avenue. The Sabin Community Association has the right to appeal the permit by February 18, 2016, if the Sabin Community Association is pursuing an alternative to demolition. We will discuss this demolition notice at the next meeting of the Land Use & Transportation Committee, February 3 at 7:00 pm, in the upstairs conference room at the Whole Foods on 15th & Fremont.
