We've received notice that Classic Image Homes LLC has applied for a permit to demolish the home at 1030 NE Failing Street. The Sabin Community Association has the right to appeal the permit by May 25, 2016, if the Sabin Community Association is pursuing an alternative to demolition. We will discuss this demolition notice at the next meeting of the Land Use & Transportation Committee, May 4 at 7:00 pm, in the upstairs conference room at the Whole Foods on 15th & Fremont.
