We've received notice that Firenze Development has applied for a permit to demolish the home at 1415 NE Going Stree. The Sabin Community Association has the right to appeal the permit by April 11, 2016, if the Sabin Community Association is pursuing an alternative to demolition. We will discuss this demolition notice at the next meeting of the Land Use & Transportation Committee, April 6 at 7:00 pm, in the upstairs conference room at the Whole Foods on 15th & Fremont.
