The Sabin LUTC has received a proposal for changes to the home at 3142 NE 20th Avenue, which is within the boundaries of the Irvington Historic District and therefore must go through the historic review process. The owners want to convert an existing attached garage to an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). They are requesting approval to convert the garage door to French doors and add windows. If you have feedback on this proposal, please contact the Sabin LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee at [email protected], or submit a comment on the proposal directly to the City. The deadline for comments to the City on this proposal is 5:00 pm on February 26, 2016.
