We've just received notice that an application has been made for historic review and the modification of setbacks at 3424 NE 15th Avenue. We will be adding this application to the agenda for the LUTC meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2016, in the upstairs conference room at Whole Foods at 7:00 pm. If you have feedback on this proposal, please contact the Sabin LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee at [email protected], attend the LUTC meeting, or submit a comment on the proposal directly to the City. The deadline for comments to the City on this proposal is 5:00 pm on February 24, 2016.
