We've received notice that an application has been made to reduce the side and rear setbacks at 4224 NE 19th. It appears that this application is to legalize some existing structures that intrude into the required setbacks and were not properly permitted when they were built several years ago.
We will be discussing this proposed adjustment at the LUTC meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2016, in the upstairs conference room at Whole Foods at 7:00 pm.
