Major Alteration Notice: 3917 NE 14th Avenue

The Sabin Community Association received a major alteration notice on February 15, 2017, for 3917 NE 14th Avenue.  The owner plans to remove and replace the second story of the home, which will add approximately 400 square feet to the house.  Under City Code, the owner cannot begin work on this project until March 22.
