Major Alteration Notice for 4057 NE 12th

The Sabin Community Association received a major remodel notice for 4706 NE 15th Ave.  The owner plans to build a rear-yard addition with living space on the basement and main floor, and an ADU on the second story.  The City requires a delay of 35 days from June 20, 2018, so the project cannot begin before July 25.  For further information, please contact the LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee, at [email protected].
