The Sabin LUTC received notice that an application has been made to divide the corner lot at 1735 NE Skidmore. The owner intends to build two attached houses on the two new lots, presumably after demolishing the existing house. The Sabin LUTC has not received any demolition notice yet. The owner intends to remove a 34-inch diameter street tree as part of the construction. We will be discussing this proposed lot partition at the LUTC meeting on Monday, January 9, 2017, at 8:30 PM, in the Sabin School auditorium. The deadline for comments to the City on this proposal is 5:00 pm on February 6, 2017.
