The Sabin LUTC received notice that an application has been made to divide the vacant corner lot west of 1217 NE Mason so that the owner can build two attached houses on it. We will be discussing this proposed adjustment at the LUTC meeting on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, in the upstairs conference room at Whole Foods at 7:00 pm. If you have feedback on this proposal, please contact the Sabin LUTC Chair, Rachel Lee at [email protected], or submit a comment on the proposal directly to the City. The deadline for comments to the City on this proposal is 5:00 pm on March 21, 2016.
